Ordered genuine Cal-Van 389-100 replacement thread repair insert specifically because I wanted the genuine part. Listing specifically states Original Cal-Van product. The product we received is in a non-descript package with absolutely no label of any kind and doesn't resemble the one pictured in the listing.
