I oringinally bought this book to help me set and reach realistic goals. It's not that I was bad about reaching them but it took 4x as long because I would always lose sight of my actual goal and start helping others reach theirs. Although not a bad quality to have, this book helped me keep on track with my own needs towards reaching my end game. A focus inside this book talks about your peers and who is and isn't helpful to you. I really appreciated that part. Going through the prompts helped me realize a few individuals that I believed to be close friends who were actually just feeding off my drive to better my own life. The prompts are very straight forward and easy to complete and understand. I was able to keep my focus and gained additional knowledge to help me succeed in the future as well as give tips to other people on how to complete their goals. The spaces to write it are big enough to actually write in. (For those of us who just write big no matter how hard we try not to). I'm not sure what the cover of the book is made out of but I love the feel of it. It doesn't feel like ordinary paper. Its\'s very soft and smooth feeling. Has a bit of a texture to it that makes you just want to rub it. ( I know that sounds weird) Lol. Like I said, I love this workbook and I appreciate all it was able to do for me and I will be recommending it as a gift to my friends and family if they ever feel like they are just stuck. Anyone who has read the Principles book will appreciate this accompaniment workbook. It is very useful in putting the ideas you have read about into action. This is really helping me improve my life. I love how much it helps with decision making especially. I will be buying more
