Great for measuring capacitor ESR of on-board components (no de-soldering req.). From the item desc. I was expecting a SMD clip probe, however the box only included two v.short leads with alligator clip connectors - v.difficult to reach into the center of a larger board, and alligator clips are not really suitable for making good contact where they can't get a grip/ too large. While meter won't zero with longer DMM leads, twisting +/- leads together allowed zeroing and alt connector usage.
