The first package the seller shipped out got lost in transit, and while this wasn't the seller's fault, it took them days to respond when I messaged them. Then I got the runaround for over a week, and when they FINALLY got a replacement shipped out... it was suddenly refunded & the package recalled, with no notice to me. After almost three weeks of waiting, all I have is an incredibly disappointed 9 year old. I appreciate that I got a refund, but the communication left a LOT to be desired.
