The first shipment was lost, starting a long lead time issue. I flagged it to the seller. The seller quickly ID'ed the loss. Great! The shipment of the replacement was not so quick! Took too long, tracking number not provided till the day before it finally arrived! Ordered OCT 22, Arrived NOV 7th. This project was time sensitive. Normally this would not have been a problem. I just wish urgent calls for help could have been addressed more quickly.
