Maybe I don't know how to use this well or I have a small ear canal, but I have a hard time finding a clear picture/angle. Sometimes I can get a clear image, so I know it has the ability to show a clear image. I can also tell that just by using it to look at anything else, like a close up of my finger. It didn't come with any instructions for the attachments, so I couldn't quite figure out how to use some of them. None of them seem to help getting good look inside the canal and the scope is way too hard to use it without anything attached, meaning it doesn't fit in my ear canal smoothly at all. Luckily, I have an attachment from a normal otoscope I use. However, that obviously doesn't work well since it doesn't attach, but it helps some. For the price, the quality of this product seems very good. My main problem with it was that it didn't work with my phone. I downloaded the app they recommended and it didn't work. I tried three more apps and nothing - I was getting ready to return it when I decided to see if it would work on my computer. It took more effort than usual to download & run the program on my computer but, once it all got set up, it worked great. So, I'd give it five stars if it worked on my phone, which is how I wanted to use it.For the price, the quality of this product seems very good. Amazing value, saves a trip to the Oto Rhinologist!
Cheap, easy, really resolved my problem since I swim regularly. Easy to lose the individual components and I would be very careful about the plastic extensions which makes it awkward to insert to any depth in your ear canal. However for shallow work it does an excellent job. Clear and easy and still working, I bought two more to pass to family and friends.
