It was passed off from the usps to 3rd party shiper. no phone call or email. after days of being out for delievery it told me unable to deliever, then I had to really dig to find where it was and who had it. hope this helps the next guy - the shiper usps really dropped the ball.

One thing I noticed is that this particular split Loom is made a lot better than some I have bought in the past from other vendors in the fact that you can work with it easily and it appears it will take more high temperature abuse.
