No issues with proper packaging besides almost 2 weeks shipping. The item is NEW as described. I needed replacement for Saeco HD8645/57. Couldn`t find an exact part number, so after extensive research I risked to order, supposedly, competitive part.The first use started with cracking noise but the second run was smooth. I had a lot of issues with wet packs, coffee grounds mess all over and weak coffee. After 3 to 5 runs New Brewing Unit adjusted itself and all previous issues are now fixed!
