    excellent replacement filter

    a professional oil service used this filter on my burner and had a long service life ,also due to its design shape there is a greater surface area for filtering over conventional filters.

    The micron filter should do a better job than the old style wool filters. My neighbor is a heater/boiler repair specialist that does top notch work and he recommends them.
