wrong item, a completely different bag. Robert Graham? seller tried to convince me it was a more expensive bag than my order...bait and switch? no return label provided, asked me to send it back to receive a refund. contacted ebay to ensure i do not get scammed. no way someone with 100% positive rating all the sudden makes this type of mistake or says, " to be honest, the bag is more expensive than the one you ordered." Then offered to send the bag i originally ordered after all. No thanks!

Everything the buyer said is true. As i explained to him in my email the Frye and Robert Graham bags are next to each other and the same size. I picked up and sent the wrong bag evidently. Exactly....why would I sacrifice my 100% positive rating to bait and switch someone purchasing an $85 dollar bag? The alleged "switch" was a more expensive bag. I have no explanation to give other than it was an honest mistake. Again, I apologize for the mistake.
