I purchased a CD and the version that arrived was not the same version that was listed, with different tracks, etc - BUT - when I pointed this out to the seller, they refunded me extremely promptly and were apologetic, advising they didn't have the version I was after. So although they didn't have the item the service experience was still excellent, with the seller showing great integrity. I was very appreciative of it.

Seller made offer to purchase at a reduced price which was appreciated! However, 2 weeks from when the CD was marked as shipped to when it was received (going from Ontario to Florida) is a bit excessive. I guess the Canadian Post is much worse than USPS? Also, the CD was described as - Condition: Very Good, CLEAN WITH NO DAMAGE wasn't really spot-on. There are a number of light scratches and marks on the CD. Overall, I guess I'm pleased with my purchase - price for value received. Thanks!

    Tom Delonge has definately matured

    This is by far one of my top CD's, since I actually purchased it. Don't be confused, just because this is Tom Delonge doesn’t mean this is Blink-like. This is completely different, part electronic, rock, and pop to create a combination that lasts. As a musician, it’s hard enough to put together a 6+ minute song, let alone have it have a lasting impression as “We Don’t Need To Whisper” does. And the track rundown: 1) Valkyrie Missle (5/5) – Slow start, but picks up into a nice rock mix. Sort of Blink-esque, but definitely has it’s own identity. 2) Distraction (4.5/5) – Another rock tune, with a little electronic additions in the background. Catchy, but repetitive ending drops the score slightly. 3) Do It For Me Now (4/5) – Electronic background, not much actual ...

    Angels & Airwaves - Terrific Album, Great Surprise

    I was really pleasantly surprised when I throw on the new Angels and Airwaves album (We Don't Need to Whisper) album on a friend's recommendation while driving up to Napa Valley over Memorial Weekend... the car loved it (or at least the passengers). We listened to the CD 3 times during the weekend. My favorite track is the first - but the CD builds and builds - really making great use of the instrumentals and shifts in volume and sound. Terrific - along with Gnarls Barkley, the best new CD I've listened to for the past few months! 1. Valkyrie Missile 2. Distraction 3. Do It For Me Now 4. The Adventure 5. A Little's Enough 6.     Most creative new rock band

    One word: inspiring. Tom DeLonge's soaring, emotional, arena-like vocals have finally found a home with his new band in Angels & Airwaves. Each song is truly a powerful journey, a story, an examination of feelings & emotions. The guitar riffs are truly one in a kind, as is DeLonge's voice. The lyrics are about as inspirational and original as it gets. The songs are much longer than Blink 182's - each lasts around 5-6 minutes - so if you're looking for more of Blink or Boxcar Racer-style music you'll be dissapointed. If you can get past the cheesy space-themed music videos and focus on the music, and you appreciate good rock, you'll like this effort. It is beyond me how "The Gift" has never made it onto the charts either in the U.S. or ...

    humm good! cd

    well the cd is pretty col i think tom is maturing and learning more about being himself and about love and life the lyrics are softer and have more meaning even though blink is still number one out of the bands this guy has been in i think ava will go far or just trample to the ground like boxcar racer idk mark hoppus has some compitition good luck to him i like a few of the songs and the effects i just got it cause imm start a collection of all the bands this blink 182 group has made then listen to them and be happy cauase music my friends is also a way of life and im going to one of the concert in july boya baby

    Great surprise, props to Tom

    Because Tom DeLonge’s voice is so recognizable, I doubted that he could really sound any different no matter what band he was in; but I was wrong. Though you can tell that it’s him, I think the overall sound is softer and I really like it. I especially like the song “The Adventure” that they’re playing everywhere now; but the whole CD is good.
