I did make two mistakes , no double checking that the seller have a no return policy, and the other mistake is not requesting the return under the right category which was description of the item inaccurate , the seller request proof witch I send to him , cause he specified the only time he answer that if I was right he would contact eBay to approve the return. Not having a return policy is lack of transparency and credibility, shouldn’t be allowed in this app , be careful.
