My experience with this seller was poor. He does not accept returns. I received a pair of slippers with the label still attached however, the left slipper was obviously made incorrectly and is terribly defective. I am not sure how or from where this seller receives his items. Based on my experience, he might be purchasing defective items then placing them on ebay for resale.
