This listing (and others) describe the lower wattage units as supporting 10.5v to 30v input. They do not! After receiving a number of units & questioned the labeling, was assured they'd work at the lower voltage range. They don't, questioned the seller again & was told I received the "upgraded" units that only support the higher input range. They gave me a small refund, about 2.5%, meh. Had to reconfigure the solar panel arrangement to series instead of parallel, works but could be better.
