Item as described. Decals (for better or worse) are applied prior to shipping, may slip a bit and need to be re-stuck. Sri-Lankan shipping company sort of loses track of the package once it leaves their country, and they do not provide any tracking numbers for whoever they handed off to in the States. Not a ding against the seller, just an FYI. Can't wait to assemble, would purchase similar from this seller.
