It arrived quickly an in excellent, brand new condition, showing no signs of damage, previous use nor installation, so condition is accepted as 'brand new' even though original retail packaging was absent (which helps reduce shipping size and weight and is only discarded when fitting to the bicycle). The transaction was easy, so a perfect experience all round.
