Certainly not to imply any intent, but I was disappointing to find there to be excessive discoloration of the middle white ribbon strip and to a greater extent than the photo would indicate. However, for the price and purpose it will be acceptable. Otherwise, the item was well packed and posted promptly given the Postal holiday.

Item arrived as described -- but seller used very obviously brand new USPS padded envelopes and boxes as internal padding, which is theft of USPS packing materials. These free packing materials are USPS property and only meant for items shipped via USPS Priority, but my package was shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. I'm disappointed that my purchase from this seller resulted in the abuse of these materials from a public service paid for with tax dollars.
