    Seller was offended when I made a $40 offer on a $50 item. The seller raised the price up $10 more dollars and I purchased the item. Seller relisted the item I purchased for double and sent a message stating my payment never went through which wasn t true because I ve been buying on Ebay since 2003. I asked for a refund since the seller relisted my item which was eventually granted with persuasion. Really bad experience all around.
