The seller sent damaged items badly dented and scored yet the packaging was in excellent condition. This only illustrates that the damaged items were deliberately sent. I have tried to contact the seller after the initial complaint where they offered to replace the jug+tumblers and tumblers (2 separate orders) AND to fully refund the purchase prices of each. I have sent multiple messages and they are continually ignoring my requests. In my opinion I have been deliberately deceived and cheated!
