I received the product quickly, however when the outer box was opened I discovered two holes wore into the canopy covering from what looked like vibration during shipping. I contacted ebay and then the seller. I was made an offer by the seller that I considered to be unacceptable. After further communication with the seller we finally agreed on a price adjustment to compensate for receiving the damaged item. There were delays in communication but I associated with time zone differences.
