They're simple to install just strip off about 1/2 inch or so of the plastic sheath over the cable shield slide em on. Tap with small hammer into the metal slot. Your done.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
