Alex kept in touch with me during its journey across the world, from thanking me for my order, to letting me know once UPS received the package with tracking number. The packaging was superb! The box was clearly marked “FRAGILE” and the Tagine was bubble wrapped with extra stuffing in the box. This Tagine is stunning! The rich color and design is a show stopper! Included was an instructional pamphlet on how to cure and care for the tagine. Very thoughtful.
