I can not control the post office and how they handle shipping. I have apologized. I can only assume they had a problem and had to repackage the item. We have never used poor packaging for any of our shipments. All of our shipments are packaged beyond what is expected to secure the item inside. Again, I have apologized and do so again, for the post office having problems. something that is completely out of my control.
