I ordered 3 shelving , which arrived incomplete. I was initially given a tracking #. Then discounts. I've gone as far as looking to replace missing powder coated parts myself with no luck. Offering a discount is not acceptable since I must have 3 PCs to do the job. They were notified on arrival of missing parts, which was January 27th. Today is Feb 12th and I'm tired of this dance due to bad quality control. In these tough times I feel I've gone above and beyond to accommodate them.
