If there is a problem ,after service is crummy-I ordered an "OPEN BOX" 100amp MPPT , I received it not working, reported and they said it was a "refurbished "-I said I did not buy refurbished but an open box , they said each one undergoes a thorough testing before sold, well upon further looking I found mine was completely burnt out, I got a fried unit-they would not send me a OPEN Box-I had to say I was opening a case to get money back-Customer Service NOT good- I have lost TRUST in Them
