I emailed the seller to describe what had happened and was told "Another one will arrive soon"... and it did. Great communication and kind seller. However, item was NOT as pictured. Seller offered to refund upon return even though listing says no returns, which was nice. But it cost me $20 to ship the item, which was NOT the item in the listing, and refused to pay for that cost, so I'm out $20 with no bag to show for it.
