Obtained a USPS Tracking number but item was never actually shipped. The seller sent a msg stating, "postal service cannot locate package," and then my money was refunded. The seller then relisted this exact same item for sale again in the Ebay shop, which is very odd. BEWARE of this seller!!

It never got scanned in at post office in Cabins, West Virginia, seller spruc_ 17 said he dropped it off at post office himself on March 30, 2024, but I never received it, so he refunded my $12.93 to my debit card on April17, 2024, seller gave me a good deal for half price reduction, he said he would try to find it at his post office, I told him I would let him know if I receive it here at h my house in Carmichael, California, I’m hoping it will show up to me.
