Cart showed up and mesh floor had a broken weld and was crinkled up in that spot. No scratches so it was painted that way cause even the broken weld was painted. Also had a crooked bracket for pin for back. So quality control of these is non existent. They did refund me a portion after contacting them about the issues so they were great to work with and quick responses.

The item arrives needing to be put together. It took me about 20 -30 minutes. The only issue I had was there were 2 washers not identified where install them but I figured it out to the handle bolt that the handle pivots with. But other then that it’s a breeze to put together and seems to be great quality
