Horrible packaging. Seller used shipping tape instead of using painters tape. 8x10 sleeve was adhered to the shipping tape and couldn't be removed without damaging the photo. Cardboard backing was a cut prepaid box which also was adhered to the 8x10 sleeve. Had to carefully cut out the autographed picture from the sleeve with a razor knife and then purchase another sleeve. Contacted the seller and never received a response.

The photo wasn't damaged at all that is why I took all the precautions to package it that way so the photo arrives safely. All my other photos are shipped that way and never had any complaints. I'll send you some more penny sleeves if you would like.

Never provided a tracking number. Item arrived rolled up an stuffed in a box. Item was pictured in a plastic sleeve, it arrived without one. Picture came with minor damage from lack of packing item with care. Nice item, nice price!

I did respond with tracking number on 9/5. All photos larger than 8x10 mailed in a sturdy shipping box and never have an issue. If not happy please send it back for a refund.
