The Big Book Of Buds by Ed Rosenthal (2004)
This book is amazing read showing the love and passion that growers the world over has for this plant. It shows some of the well known breeder around the world and their experiences and through to tell reflects their personality in real life. The book reveals genetic information behind some of the world's favourite strains and how they were created while showing mouthwater pictures to the consieur. This is nothing less to expect from Ed Rosenthal as very active medical marijuana figure. The book demonstrates not just the love by ocuntless growers around theglobe but of the author himself of this sacred plant. No detail was spared composing this book for the growers with nice beautiful pictures of top quality and easy to follow read describing everything from taste to flavour, growth ... Some scientific information is mention between the candied picture of crystal filled plants to explain active ingridents in the plant, taste, aromas and concentration of plant compounds that sets this plant apart from other to increase the smokers and users of the plant knowledge of what it is they are really using and how it effect and affects the user. It is very good for people to know more of the plant then just getting high. Knowledge is power and this is a very strong book. I recommend getting his other volumes 1 and 3 as well which are great books as well each one better than the last. Thank you Ed for such a great book series.

This book is great for a general knowledge of past and current strains. again has all the info for growing...like how much of a inica/sativa the strain has, how big the yeild will be, flower time, smell, taste, effect and who the parents were to create said strain. Anyway...i highly recommend this book collection to all real growers and connoisseurs. it is a must...after you know how to grow ...you must know what med is the best to grow for the specific clientèle you are growing for. This is an awsome follow up to the original, mr Rosenthal continues to share with us his detailed descriptions on the worlds finest cannabis. As the U.S.'s #1 cash-crop continues to grow, one can be educated on different strain type's, growing info such as flowering time, and genetics; the sensory experience or type of buzz, and finally the locations of the breeders.
