Not a good experience. This entity shipped a fedora hat in a PLASTIC BAG. By the time it got to me it was destroyed, crushed and obviously unwearable. I complained and rather than good customer service they made me spend a significant time fighting with them and contacting eBay to get a refund. I would NOT buy from this seller.
