  • Fast Food Nation- Excellent read

Good read, Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser. I highly recommend it as a starter book into the world of taking time to listen to your body; after reading this book, it just might be the beginning of growing and eating whole foods (example of a whole food- an apple picked from a tree, pomegranate juice that you squeezed without any other ingredients such as preservatives added). A whole food is food that has not been adulterated (changed it from its original form by adding other unnatural ingredients to it). After you read this book, I'd hope that you'd seek a healthier diet. Needless to say, this is a subject that warrants my attention based on its apparent purpose to inform American society about the concerns associated with the nutritional value (lack of) and processes (unnatural) ...

  • Excellent Book! Great Investigative Journalism!

Eric Schlosser, takes you on a journey through the heart of American Fast-Food. This book explores the processes and history that made everything we see today what it is. Though graphic at times, this book really tries to reveal the corporate evils and carelessness. I would say this book is a definite MUST-READ, get your hands on this book, you can get it for very cheap on ebay. Seriously reward yourself with knowledge, it could save your life.

  • Excellent value and perfect condition.

This book is in perfect condition. Arrived quickly. AA++ to seller. This book is must read. It really opens your eyes on how the fast food can be deceiving and the people just love it. The facts are real. This should be read in all schools so that the young children of today would get a taste of how bad fast food is for you. The movie is a must watch as well. That hits you hard and as my 16 year old indicted " I do not want to eat meat again!" Everything in moderation. Choose wisely. It not only is quantity or inexpensive. But quality is the key. Fast food once in a while as a treat. But not to much.

  • You can be what you eat

This is a great companion to the movie "Food,Inc." which was co-produced bby the author great read and really lets you know about where your food comes from. If you wanna know who controls what you eat at your dinner table or fast food place then this book is for you. This book really opened my eyes.

  • Eye-opening book

One of the best expose's I've read in a long time.
