Gave me the run around about shipping the rotors to me. Made up multiple excuses about shipping them out, people being sick, wrong tracking numbers provided. Turns out, they were drop shipping the rotors to me, so they ordered from the manufacturer and the manufacturer shipped directly to me. Also, the product had to come from California instead of Texas. Huge delay. I’d be ok with this situation since this was cheaper than buying from 034 directly, but some honesty would have been nice.

Also, we are a dealer and do occasionally have parts shipped directly from the manufacturer, many big online automotive part websites do the same.
