Good communication with seller, had an issue with delivery , I notified seller and they responded very promptly and clearly stated what they were and were not able to do as they are based in Japan . Understand this is not a popular model, but I purchased it because to me it was fine watch and great shape. Only thing missing an package is the warranty card other than that shipping was great. Packaging was great thank you kindly wear it with pride.
