Trying to contact the seller. I received a defective pair of Birkenstock. The left shoe has a large manufacturing piece sticking out from under the buckle that cuts the skin and I would like a replacement left shoe. I should not have to pay return shipping for this. I have been unable to contact the seller through Ebay. All it tells me is to make an offer on another pair of shoes or return the item at my expense. Please have the seller reach out for replacement.
