Upon placing my order the seller indicated delivery could take 30 days, and to reach out if order wasn’t delivered by then. I contacted the seller after 33 days without receiving the item; he apologized and stated he would provide a refund.
I sent a follow-up email after 2 weeks had passed without being refunded, and now 2 more weeks have passed without the seller responding to my email or refunding the purchase price.
This has been a lot more hassle than a $10 set of decals is worth.
