I have been grinding flour for a week with this machine. All I can say is "WOW". A little messy so I made a jig that it sits in hooked to my woodworking vacuum. I never imagined that there would be such a wonderful difference in bread from wheat berries made at home. I'm making bread, biscuits, rolls you name it and freezing them. This machine will grind wheatberries to pastry flour. It is simply unbelievable. Came perfectly adjusted just like it did from the factory over 50 Years Ago! AMAZING!!
