Item was brand new. However, Holster was described as a Heritage Rough Rider .22. The gun belt had .22 loops. The Holster was much too large for the Heritage Rough Rider. In fact, it was a closer fit for a Smith and Wesson "N" frame .44 magnum. When I returned the gunbelt and Holster for a refund, I was charged for returned shipping. I contacted Urban-Outlaw and explained my concerns over what appeared to me to be a mislabeled product. I don't feel I should pay to return the item.
