The controller and the oven are configured for 240 non USA electric. The controller has a 220 volt light switch and finding an 220v light bulb is almost impossible in the United States. I don’t know why they would ship the controller with the oven configured for wiring not used in then United States. The controllers time and temperature are in Celsius and military time. There is no way to switch to US standard temp, Fahrenheit or 12h clock cycle only 24h.
