We shipped the order promptly. Customer is located in Mexico and the package was lost by the Post Office in Mexico - We only found out about situation when this feedback was posted. Customer was promptly refunded in full and apologized to. We could have hapily sent a replacement or worked with customer to get cable to them by other means. We are sorry this was the customer experience for this particular order. This was out of our control.
