I ordered the Arctic King Upright Freezer 3.0 and it was delivered by FedEx and was apparently from Walmart. When the delivery first came, the name on the package was wrong "A.D." My initials are "T.H." and thus they could NOT release the freezer to us. I had to call FedEx later and give them the tracking number and then they agreed to re-deliver and release the package. The freezer seems to work properly and the pricing was below everywhere else that I looked. Just an issue with delivery.
