It works much better than the PVC material bushings other sellers are offering (they fall off). Because of the shape, this one stays in place like the OE bushing but can be installed without taking the entire shifter apart. If you're TT, Bug, Golf, etc. isn't going into 1st, 2nd, and reverse reliably- don't panic! Give this bushing a shot.
