    Sight plug FAIL!

    These sight plugs lasted maybe 5 minutes before both cracked and broke off and landed on the intake manifold. The best part was having to tear the fresh rebuilt carb apart to retrieve the remains out of the float bowls. I've used these 30+ years ago and I think these were new OLD stock from that time period.

    Work PERFECT.Not to be left IN CARB!

    These are for ADJUSTING your Bowls' float level, ONLY then REMOVE THEM! Many people not using these correctly! They will BREAK off, if you go crazy with the INCH POUNDS. They're made so you don't dowse your motor with gasoline while setting float. Take THEM OUT! Put bass plugs back in before DRIVING.
