Prompt shipment. Not packaged safely - Over half the sprouts were broken/crushed/damaged in transit. As described (other than all those damaged sprouts). I purchased 2 of the listings (of "4+" each) and I received 13 rhizomes (of which 7 had damaged sprouts), so I'd guess the shipping damage is built in to their business model's calculations. Could be a nice bonus if the sprouts arrive undamaged, but you might also receive 0 undamaged sprouts. Good luck!
