At first, I was surprised that even though the shipment was made, the delivery would take more than 3 weeks. The part was a month late so I cancelled and asked for a refund. Was told eventually the part was lost in transit and they would refund my money. I still have not received the refund, I will give a few more days and then contact eBay for help.
