Works great for our thyroid issues!
We never run out of this iodine supplement. With thyroid issues we take 12.5 mg 7am and another at 7pm. We have very few thyroid symptoms now. We have dry hacking coughs around 7am and/or 7pm when we forget to take them at least once a day. The cough stops within 10 minutes after we take it. It also clears up the deep raspy voice that my iodine deficiency causes within 15 minutes I after I take it. Keeps my tongue and face from swelling also. Great for Low Thyroid
In 2017, for low thyroid my Dr. at the time (who practices natural health remedies also) suggested this instead of the 2/per day Iodine-Plus2, 12.5mg Iodine/Iodide (from Natural Living-Progest50) I was taking at that time. She said this was cheaper, which at that time it was cheaper. I tried Iodoral, 180/tabs lasts 90 days, and it works the same as the Iodine-Plus2, keeps my thyroid working, along with Nature's Way Bladderwrack and the Thyroid Complex from Piping Rock that I kept taking.
