This item was missing some pieces of the wing and box had a small hole, and the seller definitely gave an honest and full description of those issues. Seller also had a great pictures to show the condition described and a good explanation of iGear transformers appearance and style. Item was repackage and condition was fair at best. Seller did offer return/refund. It was for a gift and we researched toy store, collectors for one. Described as NIB and paid for this condition. Received fair condition, dirty mostly, torn open box, which value plummeted. We were able to send to our local cleaner whom did a very nice job of cleaning the doll and the recipient was pleased. Felt the need to warn other buyers.
