Box containing water pump was thrown into an Amazon style bag and shipped with no regard for protection during transit. Water pump looks to be undamaged but the gasket is “brand new” and was broken due to being crushed during transit. NEVER buying from these guys again.

However, the part was shipped out of California using FedEx ground which takes 4-5 days to go coast to coast.
