Although the listing said "Or Best Offer", they declined an offer, didn't respond to second offer, and then after I went ahead and paid the full price, they've cancelled the transaction with no clear explanation. Why wasn't listing up-to-date? If there's a problem, contact the customer directly - don't just cancel the order and think a generic email is ok.
