I'm so sorry to hear that you were not happy with these.
1) The directions say to not let burn for more than 2 hours consecutively (as shown in pictures)
2) We've sold 100's of these without any other issues at all.
3) I did not make the candles myself, but I have used them with no issue. Candles melt when lit, and the pictures you messaged me show me that you continued to use them even after leaving this feedback.
I have reached out to eBay for assistance in this issue.
